Kubla lived at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. He was a great cat. A lot of Snow Leopards have rather feminine faces, but not Kubla. He had the face and attitude of a king. When I drew this he was 15 years old and going blind. I didn't realize it but his days were quickly coming to an end. This drawing is a tribute to the great and benevolent King Kubla.
